Job Description
We are looking for skilled professionals to join our Implementation Team at Tamtech International to help deploy our Hospital Management System (SIM-RS) to a new client (hospital). As a Backend Developer, you will play a key role in customizing and implementing the system based on client needs. This project is expected to last for approximately 3 months, with a focus on delivering a scalable, reliable, and efficient solution. You will collaborate closely with a multi-functional team, including front-end developers, QA, and the project manager, to ensure successful implementation and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Provide prompt and effective support to clients, addressing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience.
Manage the helpdesk system, responding to client queries, and providing timely resolutions to issues.
Collaborate with Product & Tech teams to ensure swift and effective problem resolution.
Gather client feedback on the system's performance, user experience, and any areas for improvement.
Communicate feedback to internal teams to contribute to ongoing product enhancements.
Monitor subscription renewals and proactively engage with clients to secure renewals.
Implement strategies to enhance client retention and satisfaction.
Qualifications:
Associate's degree in any related field.
Proven experience in client support, helpdesk management, or a related field.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills to effectively interact with clients.
Familiarity with healthcare industry practices is advantageous.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative and fast-paced startup environment.
Fully available for work on-site at Tamtech International office in Yogyakarta.
